by the Nedonna Rural Fire Protection District has been filed with the County
Clerk of Tillamook County on August 28, 2009.

Increase for Returning Ballots
The United States Postal Service is increasing first class postage by
2¢, from 42¢ to 44¢ on May 11, 2009. This may affect
the postage required to return your ballot by mail due on Election Day May 19,
2009.
Mailing date for Ballots & Last Day to
Register to Vote
Ballots for the May 19, 2009 Special Election will be mailed
out on May 1, 2009. The last day to to register to vote is April 28, 2009.
Registration cards postmarked by April 28 will be valid.
Certification Test for Vote Counting Machine
On May 8, 2009 at 9:00 a.m. the certification test for the May 19, 2009 Special
Election will be held at the office of the Tillamook County Clerk.
