Term Rental Application Process
Ordinance #69, Short Term Vacation Rental, was officially adopted by the Tillamook County Board of Commissioners on Wednesday, October 28, 2009. The ordinance becomes effective 90 days later on
January 28, 2010. Owners of Short term Rentals have been given 90 days after the effective date to contact the Community Development Department and apply for a permit. That deadline is May 1, 2010. The owners will be required to pay the annual fee of $150 plus a $75 inspection fee at the time they apply for the permit. The attachments required for the permit application are listed in the ordinance.
