It is the purpose of the Code Enforcement Division to enforce the provisions of various Tillamook County ordinances and State mandated regulations regarding land use planning, building codes, solid waste, road approaches, business signs, and Department of Environmental Quality regulations for on-site wastewater disposal.
The Code Enforcement Division is dedicated to providing an efficient and fair method of enforcing the ordinances and regulations pertaining to land use planning, building, roads, and on-site wastewater disposal.
