The Elections Office is a division of the Office of the County Clerk.  The Elections Division maintains the voter registration records and conducts all Federal, State, and local elections in Tillamook County.  The Clerk answers questions and applies her knowledge of administrative rules and election statutes to insure that elections are conducted in a fair and legal manner.  Ballots are prepared, mailed and processed by this office and election results are tallied.  We assist voters, candidates and others file forms and search election records.
