Tillamook County plans for each of its 12 unincorporated communities, including Barview/Watseco/Twin Rocks.
In March and April of 2002, Community Development staff conducted a survey by mail to all residents of Barview/Watseco/Twin Rocks. Staff also held a community meeting in Barview/Watseco/Twin Rocks in May 2002. The community plan was completed and approved in 2002:
Staff will continue to work with the community to implement the Community Plan and as other community needs warrant.
