The Child Support division of the District Attorney's office assists citizens in monitoring and collecting child support and spousal support obligations. A support obligation can be established by a court through a dissolution of marriage case or a filiation (paternity) case, or through an administrative process through the Child Support Division or the state Department of Justice Support Division.
