This health center is a Health Center Program grantee under 42 U.S.C. 254b, and a deemed Public Health Service employee under 42 U.S.C. 233(g)-(n).
Tillamook County Family Health Centers are deemed by HRSA (Health Resources and Services Administration) as employees of the Public Health Service (PHS) for purposes of Federal Tort Claims Act (FTCA) medical malpractice coverage under the Federally Supported health Centers Assistance Acts (FSHCAA) of 1992 (Pub. L. 102-501) and 1995 (Pub. L. 104-73).
