Amendment #1 Updating Fee Schedule for Services

Recording Hours: 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

Documents recorded at our counter are returned to the customer immediately.  Documents sent through the mail are routinely recorded within a day and returned the following day.

Notice of Increase in Recording Fees Effective September 28, 2009
The fees of recording documents will increase $15 due to Oregon House Bill 2436 and increase $1 due to Tillamook County Order #09-067

RECORDING REQUIREMENT --- EFFECTIVE 1-1-08

Effective January 1, 2008, all Assignment of Mortgages and Trust Deeds must include the name AND ADDRESS of the ASSIGNEE on the FIRST PAGE of the document.  If the information is contained SOMEWHERE OTHER THAN THE FIRST PAGE of the document, a $20 non-standard fee will be charged in addition to all other recording fees.  If the assignee name is given WITHOUT THE ADDRESS, the document will be REJECTED for recording. (ORS 205.234 )
