Medical Services are available for the whole family. These include:
- Preventive care
- Acute care
- Chronic care
- Minor emergencies
- Health promotion and maintenance classes
- Well-child care
- Sports physicals
- Pediatrics
- Dermatology (skin care)
- Gerontology (senior health)
- 24-hour telephone access to Medical Provider for established patients
- Babies First Home Visits
- CaCoon
- Communicable Diseases
- Environmental Health
- Family Planning
- Flu Program
- HIV
- Immunizations
- Maternity Case Management
- School Nursing
- Vital Statistics (birth certificates and death certificates for Tillamook County)
- WIC
Environmental Health Department services include:
- Inspection of licensed facilities (restaurants, hotels, pools, spas, camps, RV parks, and temporary events)
- Investigation of foodborne illnesses and communicable diseases
- Investigation of animal bites
- Providing services to public water systems to increase compliance with drinking water rules.
This health center is a Health Center Program grantee under 42 U.S.C. 254b, and a deemed Public Health Service employee under 42 U.S.C. 233(g)-(n).
