Filing fees are changing as of October 1, 2011. See our fee page.

Traffic fines have changed, as of January 1, 2012.  There is a new 2012 traffic fine schedule

We have compiled a revenue/distribution analysis from 2004 to current, on our financial page.

We now have a policy on fix it tickets and dismissals, with a $25 fee. Fix it ticket policy.pdf.  September 13, 2011.

• DMV offers Veterans drivers' licenses which denote their status as veterans.  1/3/11

• Justice Court and the Oregon State Police are now using electronic filings of traffic tickets.  We hope to have the Tillamook County Sheriff's Dept doing the same by June, 2012.
