The project area is part of the Nehalem Bay Wastewater Agency property located in the Flood Hazard Overlay (FH) Zone, Farm (F-1) Zone and the Estuary Conservation 2 (EC 2) Zone.  The subject property is located east of the City of Nehalem at 14855 Tideland Road and is designated as Tax Lot 380 in Section 27 of Township 3 North, Range 10 West of the Willamette Meridian, Tillamook County, Oregon.  The applicant and property owner is Nehalem Bay Wastewater Agency.
