Tillamook County will hold its annual public land sale auction on Tuesday, April 16, 2019 at 1:00 p.m. in Commissioners' Meeting Rooms A and B, Tillamook County Courthouse, 201 Laurel Avenue, Tillamook, Oregon 97141. Please click on the following links for more information:

Properties that remain unsold at the annual auction are held over until the next annual sale. Tillamook County considers reasonable written offers on unsold land parcels between auctions that are at least 85% of the minimum bid price at the last auction from bidders who have never defaulted on a Tillamook County public land sale. The Board of Commissioners will not consider offers in between land sale auctions until after the 2019 auction.
