Tillamook County held its annual public land sale auction on November 5, 2020. Properties that did not sell are held over until the next auction. Tillamook County considers reasonable written offers on unsold properties between auctions that are at least 85% of the minimum bid price from the last auction and from bidders who have never defaulted on a Tillamook County public land sale.
