Ordinance #69, Short Term Vacation Rental, was officially adopted by the Tillamook County Board of Commissioners on Wednesday, October 28, 2009. The ordinance became effective 90 days later on

January 28, 2010. The ordinance was amended on March 7, 2012.  The link to the amendment is below.The attachments required for the permit application are listed in the ordinance.

 

In order to obtain a Short Term Rental Permit, please submit the following:

 

1.    Completed and signed ApplicationPDF.

        *If you are the property manager submitting the application on        

          behalf of the property owner, please submit proof of your ability to

          act on behalf of the owner (i.e., written statement, contract)

 

2.    Affidavit of Notification PDF :

        You must do ONE of the following:

       a.    Notify in writing all neighbors 250 feet around property lines. or

       b.    Post sign with contact name and telephone number listed.

 

3.    Site PlanPDF

 

4.    Proof of Liability Insurance.

 

5.    Permit and Inspection Fees:

       a.    $150.00  Annual Permit Fee

       b.    $  70.00  Inspection Fee
