Maintenance Areas
Tillamook County is broken down into Maintenance Areas for assessment purposes. They are used to identify different geographical areas in the County.

| 04 | North County Developed, with Beach Influence (Manzanita, Falcon Cove, Neah-Kah-Nie Mountain, Necarney City) |
| 05 | Central North County, with Beach Influence (Rockaway Beach, Nedonna, Twin Rocks, Manhattan, Barview) |
| 06 | Rural South County (Beaver, Cloverdale, Hebo, Hemlock, Slab Creek) |
| 07 | Commercial and Industrial (County-wide) |
| 08 | Central County with Beach Influence (Cape Meares, Oceanside, Netarts) |
| 09 | Rural South County Developed, with Beach Influence (Tierra del Mar and south to County Line, including Pacific City, Neskowin, and Cascade Head) |
