Public Safety Communications Project

Tillamook County is leading a Steering Committee that is working toward a solution. This multi-year, multi-million-dollar effort is proceeding in multiple phases, all of which will include extensive collaboration with various stakeholders. The county has contracted with Federal Engineering for Phase 1 and Phase 2, which are complete. Federal Engineering’s development of a Request for Proposals is underway to select a contractor to implement Phases 3 and 4.

Project funders include the Tillamook County, Tillamook People’s Utility District, Adventist Health, Siletz Tribal Charitable Contribution Fund, and Hampton Lumber Company.
