​AIC Access to Telephones, Video Visitation and Texting

The basic rules are:

• Depending on AIC classification, most AICs have access to communicate with family and friends during the daytime.  
• AICs cannot receive telephone calls and Jail staff will not relay messages. 
• Telephone calls and Video Visits are recorded unless you are an AIC's attorney or clergy and have been cleared by the facility and you have contacted inmatesales.com.  ALL text/Chirping communications are recorded.
• Video visits need to be scheduled 24 hours in advance.
• Family and friends can video visit on-site in the public lobby for no-charge or they can visit remotely via computer, tablet or smartphone for a minimal fee.
• There is a kiosk in the jail lobby where Friends and Family can deposit money onto AIC calling, Chirping or Tablet.  Cash and major credit cards are accepted. 
• If you receive a call from an AIC, you will be given the option to accept the call or reject the call block all future calls from the Tillamook County Jail. Simply follow the phone prompts during the call.​
